What Happened to September?

I blinked, and September is gone. A month ago, I had just released CRIMINAL and I was about to leave for the Decatur Book Festival. And now a whole month has passed, I have sold every copy of CRIMINAL I ordered in for my local fans and readers (never fear, more are on their way!), and I never even managed to schedule a local release event. Honestly, life has been too crazy for me what with one thing or another, and I have yet another major book festival coming up in just two weeks, so I think the time for local release party has passed. October is shaping up to be almost as crazy as September was, but I've finally updated my website with news of my Readers' Favorite win (Bronze in Young Adult Science Fiction!) for BREEDER, and my next goal for the weekend is to get a newsletter out and to write a *real* blog post. So I guess this post is just to say, no, I haven't disappeared, I've just been BUSY! But I'm coming back, slowly, and there will be real news in my upcoming newsletter and a real blog post on writing stuff coming up soon. Stay tuned!
